About us
We are a Formentera-based installation company run by Juan José Prados Tello, with more than 20 years of experience in electrical, plumbing and air conditioning work.
We work for homeowners, communities, holiday rentals, restaurants and property maintenance companies across the island. We know Formentera's materials, suppliers and timings, and it shows in the result.

No. Our quotes are free of obligation and in writing, detailing what is and is not included so you can compare with peace of mind.
Yes, we attend urgent electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and pool breakdowns, also outside our working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00, Saturday 8:00–14:00). Outside those hours there may be a surcharge, which we tell you before coming.
Yes. We are registered with the Industry department for low-voltage electrical work (REBT) and heating and cooling installations (RITE), and we are an F-gas certified company for air conditioning work.
Yes, we prepare the paperwork for the installations we carry out (electrical certificates, heating and cooling certificates, etc.) so you can register them.
Usually not: trenches, wall chasing, masonry and finishing repairs are not included, and we state this in the quote. If you need it, we coordinate with your builder.
Usually 50% when you accept the quote and work begins, and the remaining 50% when the job is finished.
Yes. We do pre-season inspections, maintenance of pool plant rooms, pumps, filters and chlorinators, and maintenance for homes, holiday rentals and businesses.
